Psicologia Politica

"Psicologia Politica" is the Brazilian journal of Political Psychology founded in 2000 along with the founding of the Brazilian Society of Political Psychology (Sociedade Brasileira de Psicologia Politica) based on the members of research groups located in 12 universities through the country. In August of 2002, the Sociedad Brasileira de Psicologia Politica had its III National Symposium of Political Psychology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais with the participation of 250 persons registered and 40 papers presented. The first semester of 2003 marked the third year of the publishing of the journal, Psicologia Politica, which is distributed in Brazil and the other Portuguese speaking countries. The president of the society is Salvador Antonio Mireles Sandoval of the Pontifica Universidade Catolica de So Pauol and the editors of the journal are Salvador Sandoval and Marco Aurelio Maximo Prado of the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
