Position Guide:

Location: St. Louis, MO.

Summary:
This position is responsible for numerous aspects of product definition and the development of analytic products for our clients. The role will have accountabilities including the definition of methodology, working with analyst staff to encourage best practices, quality control, as well as analytic services and individual contribution to the creation of assessment reports. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Enhance and develop analytical methodologies in political belief and attitude formation

• Enhance and develop analytical methodologies in political risk perception and political judgment

• Enhance and develop analytical methodologies in quantitative modeling

• Collaborate with research teams and project management to define and encourage best practices. 

• Prepare client recommendations and reports, and assure delivery to client in timely manner. 

• Participate in client engagements, meetings, and perform client presentation on key findings of research.

Workskills:
The individual will have strong organization and communication skills. In addition, they will enjoy working in a dynamic cross-functional team based environment. A background in computers and programming a plus.   

Research Interests:
The individual will have knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following areas: attitudes and beliefs; judgment, decision making, and risk; statistics. 

Qualifications/ Education:
Graduate degree in political science, political psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology, or sociology; Ph.D. preferred.
