Elizabeth Theiss-Morse
Elizabeth Theiss-Morse is Professor of Political Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1989. She is the co-author of three books:
Congress as Public Enemy (with John Hibbing), which won the APSA’s Fenno Prize in 1996;
With Malice Toward Some (with George Marcus, John Sullivan, and Sandra Wood), which won the APSA’s Best Book in Political Psychology Prize in 1996; and
Stealth Democracy (with John Hibbing), named an “Outstanding Academic Title, 2003" by Choice magazine. She has also published several articles and is currently working on a book on American national identity.
