Annual Meeting of the
International Society of Political Psychology (ISPP)
July 4th-7th, 2007
Portland, Oregon, USA
Presenter, Panel Chair, and Discussant Information
June 18, 2007
Thank you for your
participation in the 2007 ISPP Annual Meeting!
Some important information to review:
- You must register for the conference. It will
be cheapest if you pre-register which you can do at
http://ispp.org/meet.html. On-site registration will be more expensive.
- The schedule of panels is available online as a PDF file
(updated 6/18/07): click here. Please search for your name
throughout the entire document (select all—CTRL A; find—CTRL F). In addition
to checking the time of your presentation, please check to see if you
were assigned to be a chair and/or discussant and the time of that
panel. As stated on the submission form, we appointed chairs and
discussants from the pool of paper submitters. Nearly all participants have
their presentation and chair/discussant panels on the same day. Room
locations have been added to this schedule, and will be printed
in the program booklet available on site.
- We cannot change the schedule at this point,
unless there are particularly grave circumstances. If a time change is made
to your panel, we will contact you directly.
- By June 24th, please be sure to upload your paper
to:
http://convention2.allacademic.com/one/ispp/ispp07/. This is how
other panel members, including discussants, will access your paper. You
should receive instructions for how to upload your paper via email. If
you are a discussant, you can obtain the papers at the site above after
June 24. (Abstracts are
currently available at this site.) Note: You do NOT need to bring paper
copies of your paper for sale at the book exhibit this year. You may choose
to bring them to distribute to attendees of your session.
- All panels are 1 hour and 45 minutes and
include up to four paper presentations plus one or two discussants. Thus,
plan your presentation accordingly (and correspond with your panel chair if
needed).
- Only overhead projectors will be available for
conference presentations this year. Please plan accordingly.
- Information on the mentoring program will be
available soon.
